Wonderful staff, super friendly from the lady at reception the the staff in the restaurant and bar. We stayed in pod 2, which was warm cosy and spotlessly clean with everything we needed.
We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant, and the food was high quality, delicious.

Great location in center of town. Food in the restaurant was great and the small local pub was welcoming. Our room had a small balcony which was nice. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Everything about our stay was fantastic, from the family room, to dinner and breakfast. The staff were amazing and were welcoming and professional. We loved the overall feel and design of the building and the atmosphere was that of a home.
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The food and breakfast and dinner, even the afternoon coffee in the coffee bar. The staff were all very nice, helpful and polite. The location was really good with a nice walk beside the lake. A great location to break off our long journey from Liverpool to Inverness.
Chloe welcomed us very nicely and with many helpful information.
The Anchorage is very well located in Balloch. Easy to find and we could park directly at the car park of The guest House.
We easily found a place for dinner and to get breakfast the day after
