BOOKING POLICY: No last minute or same day bookings. New bookings can be accepted by latest 12pm the day prior to check-in. Your booking form MUST be submitted to us by latest 12pm the day prior to check-in with all the correct information along with ID copies of all guests 16 years and older. Late form submissions, additions and/or changes to a booking will result in your access being delayed. In the event of a power outage, this property has an inverter that powers everything except 2 geysers, 2 aircons and stove. Guests are advised to download the ESP app and add Ballito (15) as an area so that they can be up to date with the Loadshedding schedule ahead of their stay. DAMAGE PROTECTION This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R800 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R10,000 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R7,500 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking. Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. NOTE: This property has a no visitor policy (only registered guests will have access). No boats or jetskis. Ubers/Taxis are not permitted to transport you around the estate (only permitted for an arrival or departure pick-up). No smoking is allowed inside, and no hubbly bubbly is allowed at any time. No parties, events or chefs/masseuses/etc. CLEANING: One daily clean included during your stay. Additional daily cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge. LATE CHECK-INS In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. OUTSTANDING DOCUMENTATION AND PROCESSES We require all outstanding processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350

Guests at Zimbali Estate have access to all Zimbali amenities including the Championship 18 Hole Golf Course, the 3km stretch of private beach, the Valley of the Pools, tennis and squash courts, running trails and more. There are many exciting activities to partake in such as quad biking, surfing and scuba diving (Please note that some facilities/activities come at an additional cost which must be arranged and paid once within the estate).
