booked for the overnight stay; was for a thursday eve. i always go for 'price,' (this cost was $105 incl the tax.) as i usually travel alone. similar locations less and some more costly had 'poor %'s on the 'cleanliness rating,' so the % and reviews for here, were at 42% of the 100, while the price to cleanliness ratio, of most of the others was 40% and below.
the hawthorn suites at 12180 tributary point dr. certainly exceeded the '% and any negative user reviews. was 100% for me. room was spotless, bathroom, shower etc. very modern, and well up to date furnishings. i was on floor 3 of 3. while there is a 'freeway,' perhaps a 1/4 mile to the south west of the room i was in; (room was facing it) the only motor sound was of the occasional motorcycle. cars not noticeable. the res clerk let me check in at 12:00p.m. although the 'official check in time is 3:00pm. also, when id missed the 9:30 breakfast, they allowed me to go in the dining area to get a brewed coffee that was still available. very nice front desk staff. id stay here anytime, and highly recommend.

The thing my husband liked the most was the hot shower.
The thing my husband liked the most was the hot shower. We were just traveling through so the rate was appealing. I would avoid staying here. They do not even have microwaves in the rooms. Also due to the smell, cleanliness and roaches!

It Was raining so bad we didn't get to do much to the conference and back to the room.
Ate down town Sacramento..
The price I paid at Hawthorne wasn't worth it.
So dirty.
So afraid to get out of your car at night alone.
The homeless all around.
Talk we front desk staff and told them it was bad. Came with complimentary breakfast but why would I eat the breakfast when the rooms are filthy. If the room is filthy the food is filthy in the kitchen is filthy. And I brought other members of my organization with me they can put in a review as well a bad experience. Told to this manager on the on the day of departure that I deserve a full refund.

I enjoyed the time away from the hotel in shops and didn’t review any time in the hotel due to hard bed, woke up in pain, black mold in the bathroom, dirty rugs, dirty chair, couch no comforter on the bed pillows were uncomfortable the pictures of the rooms were not as nice as they looked online I would never stay there again or recommend to

I would not stay there again!!!
I would not stay there again!!! Dining room was not open, Elevator broken. The security guard told me that I couldn't park in a particular handicap parking space, my handicapped tag was hanging from my mirror, because that was where he parked. If he was handicapped, he wouldn't be a security guard; he was what is called a Cop-Wanna be. I know one when I see one, I was a LEO for 18 years after retiring from the U S Army with 38 years of service.

the people: friendly and hard working. really puts the lie to the "poisoning the blood of the country" Trumpster BS. i was raised across the river, but had never learned that Rancho Cordova had become an Armenian enclave.
Nada !!! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS ON THE INTERNET AND THE HOTEL IS IN A GOOD AREA. BUT THERE ARE PURELY DRUGGED PEOPLE HOSTED I EVEN SAW THREE PATROLS ENTER IN LESS THAN 20 minutes I was there
The Hotel room was clean and bathroom was good, breakfast was served on time, just one person working but did her best to keep food and supplies filled.
