A quaint beach ( not all high rise hotels and chain...
A quaint beach ( not all high rise hotels and chain restaurants like America ) . It has a small town feel even though the Heart of the city is just four blocks away . Learn some russian before you go , most of the locals don't speak english . There were a few younger people that knew basic english .
