Especially bread, cheese, butter and vegetables should be better quality in this region anyway.
In the restaurant, staff should be trained better, they looked unprofessional. Head of the restaurant wasn’t friendly and helpful, she didn’t welcome any criticism or feedback.
I am sure you will improve until my next visit. I can’t wait to come back.

Rize is a beautiful place and quite spread out. Some of the places close to our accommodation were Ayder Plateau, that was simply mesmerizing. Rafting was 10mins away, safe and exciting. Uzongol lake and Sumela monastery were almost 2 hours from the accomodation (in separate directions ofcourse) but both are worth their charm and history.

You can visit Rize center, Rize castle, and botanic garden which is located in the center of the city.
You need to try/buy fresh tea from Rize. I recommend Caykur and also Rize Honey specially Anzer.

The property is equipped with everything you need. Literally everything from dishwasher to jacuzzi. Lovely place to unwind.☺️

It is a very nice hotel and rafting boats are passing by the creek. I did a zipline activity, it was very fun. The breakfast is enormous and the rooms are large, Mr. Ismail and Mrs. Emine and all the staff are very good.
