If you arrive between 10pm and 9am, please reach us via the phone number provided in your booking confirmation email when you are at the front door, so our night receptionist can open the door for you.
Please note that there is an additional charge of Eur 10 per person for late check-in after 10pm
Guests can stay for a maximum of 7 days in a 28-day period.
Please note we do not accept bookings of groups larger than six people. If you decide to make a booking for your group anyway, we retain the right to cancel your booking without a refund.
We are cashless hostels. The following payment methods are accepted by the hostels: Mastercard, iDEAL, Visa card payments.
Please note that children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that guests who bring children under 16 years old have to book a whole dorm or a private room. Please note that children of 16 and 17 years old can stay in a shared dorm, but must be accompanied by an adult.
If the total value of a single booking is greater than or equal to 1,000.00 EUR , a 20% deposit will be required to confirm your booking regardless of the rate type selected. This amount is non-refundable.
