Everything is clean and neat , personnel is kind and polite, the owner is friendly, approachable and nice. The pool water and pool area are clean and confortable. There is a little playground for kids,also. The rooms are cleaned everyday and suplies are refiled. Also, there are markets nearby. The food was fresh,tasty and there were plenty of choice.

From the very first moment when we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed by friendly people that were there and we didn't really know that they were the owners because they were so down to earth and just overall happy to see us, which really gave us the feeling that this is your second home - which is!
Every breakfast was different in a way but tasty, coffee was on another level compared to anything else in Ulcinj - and room and hygiene were exceptional.
They cleaned it every single day and to top it off, this is my first time going somewhere - that when I looked at the images displayed on Booking and their website; the room even exceeded expectations!
Location is great; with only 6-7 minutes of walking till Long beach and the street that you have to walk to arrive there is full of restaurants and grocery stores (pharmacy as well), so everything is really close.
To cut things short, this is definitely a place that I will be recommending to everyone in the future if they are thinking about coming to Ulcinj and Ada Bojana.

We loved the old town, the long beach ( which we got to by boat taxi from the old town end of the little beach) and the huge variety of places to eat at. It is not a stylish place but great for sun and sand. In the old town we found some great places to eat. The area around the little beach is cheaper and really crowded and noisy at night. Wasn't sorry to be a bit away from it. People are really friendly and the overall atmosphere is very relaxed.

We had the best accomdation and hosts so would recommend Paradise Apartments, area is up and coming and gii dto have accoomdation with a pool. government need to speld some money on roads etc but lost of places to see and lovely beaches with freindly people and sunshine

Pros:
1. Here are >10 km of sand beaches.
2. Very clean and transparent water (we were at start of August).
3. Beaches are very safety: here are no stones and rocks. You don't need special shoes.
4. Beaches have free toilets (very clean)\showers.
5. Sea is very convenient: no medusas, sewer.
6. No music, no aggressive sellers of anything (they are there, but they are very quiet and rarely).
Cons:
1. Very strong traffic jams. We recommend to live not in Ulcinj itself, but in the villages nearby beaches. Otherwise you will spend 2(!) hours for driving.
2. Quite dirty on beaches. No, you will not damage your foots by glass or something similar, but cigarette butts, food package will be everywhere. And ZERO trash containers on beaches.

Traffic management is a disaster.
Traffic management is a disaster. Most of the streets are terribly bad. There are attractions for tourists only in the old town and on the beaches. The prices of food and necessities are acceptable in markets. And the tap water smells like metal for some reason and I wouldn't recommend drinking it, even I avoided using it for cooking.

I love the multicultural vibe of Ulcinj, and the old town is definitely worth seeing despite the traffic jams. I recommend visiting before July or after August 20th; otherwise, it will be hard to get around. If you enjoy walking down sandy beaches or having plenty of space to relax, Veliki Pijesak is perfect for you.
South of Ulcinj, a road leads to Ada Bojana. Along this road, you'll find mainly fruit farms on the right and most of the apartments on the left. Closer to Ulcinj, you can reach the beach on foot, but further down towards Ada Bojana, you'll need a car. If you are staying somewhere in between, try to drive to a beach further down to avoid getting caught in traffic jams. Also, look for nearby shops. Don't miss the fabulous fruits sold by the roadside.

Ulcinj was relatively quiet in early June, and a lot of bars etc had not opened up. I was told that it is heaving in July and August; the part I was in has single track roads, and in high summer the traffic is chaos, I was told. Ulcinj Old Town is simply lovely, and the area to its north, Liman II, is full of gorgeous views, vegetation and olive trees. However the place is developing fast, with numerous building sites. The food was excellent, and the place is much much cheaper than Kotor and rather more rewarding; its has an eighties vibe, reminding me of other places back in the day, but how long this lasts for, I do not know. There is a nice sandy beach and other smaller pebbly ones.
The property is great with fantastic views of mountains in the distance and a beautiful mountain/hill at the front and small valley into Ulcinj. It is spacious and there are multiple big balconies to relax and enjoy the view. There is a beautiful olive tree garden down the road and the Old town and beaches are a 1km walk. The beds are comfortable and the room was spacious. This is not a 5 star hotel but the price is the best in Ulcinj - I've checked. I extended my stay.
The Supreme Luxury Hotel is simply amazing! From the moment we walked in, it felt superb. The staff treated us phenomenally, and the rooms were so comfy, spacy and beautiful. The views from the balcony also are great and it's so close to the beaches. Everything was perfect and made our stay unforgettable. Looking forward to visiting Ulcinj again. We've been there multiple times but this is be the best hotel we stayed in.
Location of hotel is perfect. Very quiet area with perfect air and natural shadow and nice beach on rocks. Parking available. Room and bathroom furniture is old, but everything else is ok and clean as much as it an be cleaned. Reception area is huge and looks very retro and cool. Food is also good and overall for this value i don't see point for bad reviews, so i can recommend this hotel.
One of the best views in Ulcinj, close to everything, the area around the sea side is small so you can easily walk all around in 30 min, safe garage parking, mosque in front of the hotel, not so crowded in April-May so you can enjoy this place (in the summer is busy), must mention Kol (the man in charge) he was very kind and helpful, also 24/7 available for any assistance...
Very good hotel with the kindest staff and owner. They deserve five stars in every category because it’s very clean, modern and it feels like second home. Highly recommended!
