Villa Sain Charming Suite is located in the heart of the village of Anacapri, just a few metres from the Church of Santa Sofia (100m) and the Monumental Church of San Michele Arcangelo, famous for its floor depicting a biblical scene (250m). Distant from Villa San Michele, where the famous Axel Munthe lived (900m). It is 600 m from the chairlift to Monte Solaro and 1.5 km from the famous Grotta Azzurra. Just a few steps away is the central Piazza Vittoria, the arrival and departure point for taxis and buses (500m) from where you can set off to visit all the main places on the island. This is a short-term lease for tourist purposes pursuant to Art. 4 Legislative Decree 50/2017. During the tenant's presence there are no additional services such as, for example, change of bathroom and bed linen and cleaning.
