The rooms are renovated but are pretty basic. They provide everything you need but aren't around much. The restaurant was supposed to benopen but was actually closed for the season. Since this place is over a mile outside of town, it's impossible to find food! The hostess did offer to drive me to a restaurant in town, which I thought was very touching. The pool is fantastic. The hotel is across the street from the Mediterranean Ocean! Amazing, but you'll need a car to get around the island. It is worth it, though.
Offering 2 outdoor pools with panoramic views and a sun terrace, Pantelleria Dream Resort provides accommodations in traditional stone Dammuso houses, each with a private terrace and sea views.
Pantelleria is a hidden gem. Still untouched from mass tourism. The whole island is a nature preserve. The water is spectacular although sometimes hard to get down to. Shopping is limited however dining out is not a problem and quite good.

It is a beautiful and interesting island, with an incredible clear sea, but was excruciatingly hot and the sea was full of jellyfish. Choose carefully the month you want to visit Pantelleria: if you don't like extreme heat, perhaps better to go in May-June or September-October

PAntelleria is one of those places which you either like or dislike; its shortcomings and very unspoilt nature are its beauty; the people too are relaxed and have learnt to ,make the best of their harsh environment; we were amazed at how its natural beauties have not been commercialized yet and at the good quality of the food in the restaurants ; sometimes even surprised with some particular cuisine like sweet made from ricotta and capers which is one of their limited produce

The island is amazing and so unique.
The island is amazing and so unique. With a mask and a snorkel you can watch so many fish on the volcanic rock seabed, and feel the warmth of the hot springs in the sea. The food is wonderful, typically the island is based more on agriculture than fish, so you will see wineries, capers plantations, and areas where tomatoes, vegetables, figs, olives and all kinds of herbs are grown. A typical dish is the Pantesca salad, which is delicious!

The view was incredible. With a car you can easily reach all the places. The hosts are nice and helpful. Really appreciated the fact that we could stay till the time of departure as the next gust was the day after. The house is big and confortable and close to Cala levante e tramontana easily accessible with the car where there is a nice restaurant with also the possibility to do aperitivo. There is also a good bakery close to the house (you can go walking or with the car) I recommend to do the tour of the island with a boat one day.
We loved the location and the care and attention given to make one feel at home and enjoy all the beauty of Pantelleria. Great location to access historical sites and delicious food. Definitely would return again.
The Dammuso is perfectly located halfway between the most beautiful sea spots and the city and offers a beautiful view. Michele made our transfers very easy and provided us with some useful tips about the island.
Beautiful outdoor kitchen to make dinner with a view - the photos on the listing simply do not do it justice! Lovely pool to swim in and you’re not too far from some beaches and vineyards.
