I was stayed at the old center of Hyderabad and my review does not concern the modern areas. Frankly speaking, I did not like this city very much, because it is extremally noisy, the traffic is completely chaotic, there are a huge number of beggars on the streets, who pester from all sides and do not even let you stop and look around. In addition, locals consider it their duty to somehow cheat a foreigner and we repeatedly found ourselves in situations where we were cheated in one way or another. Perhaps the only positive impression was the very tasty local food, but it should be borne in mind that most cafes and eateries are rather dirty.

Don't go to the Charminar area. It is too crowdy and filthy. One of the reputed place becomes a worst place in Hyderabad. I don't know why the people of Hyderabad is so blind to clean up the place.

Hyderabad is a place where the old world charm meets modern life.
The bazaars near Charminar, Chowmohalla, Ameerpet, Abids, etc. require more time and patience to fully explore.
The other attractions starting with the Hussain Sagar Lake are a must visit for any traveller.
Hyderabadi food is best experienced on the streets but one should if possible, try out Rayalaseema Ruchulu for some amazing regional food.
Many of the auto drivers have some arrangements with the stores selling pearls/sarees, etc. So, if you are in the mood to buy these then go with them. Else, Uber works fine.

What I liked - Hot water 24x7, Bathroom was clean except for the exhaust fan which was very dirty and clogged.
What I didn't like - They don't clean the bathroom on a daily basis despite telling them to clear the garbage in dust bin and change towels. Also there's no place to keep a laptop and work. It'll be good if a small table is kept.

For people using Uber and counting on paying by card you might face a surprise that UBER accepts only cash (at least that was my experience).
The key to visit great city like Hyderabad would be to have a local friend who will show you how great the city is, whether if it's the people, the food, sight seen, etc. Without that Hyderabad might be difficult specially if you are coming from a country with left hand drive steering wheel, not to mention that using a horn is a 24X7 non stop simphony in the streets if Hyderabad. Even though, one of the cleanest & hreenest city I have ever seen and will be delighted to come again but with better planning.

only go to Hyderabad if you are on a mandatory business trip. Other than that, it was a hassle getting the visa, a hassle through the custom, a hassle check-in to the hotel, a hassle getting wi-fi, and a real hassle going home even before entering the airport terminal.
At the custom, they asked for the receipt of the hotel you had stayed. I could not get wi-fi at the airport because you need an India mobile phone number. I could not retrieve the receipt. I mean, come on, I'm ready to go home, and you still want to delay my departure?
Please be prepared!
Overall the entire property is awesome. Excellent and keep it up. Location Excellent!!! Staff and Ambience awesome!!!! Rooms and buffet Breakfast you name it and they are outstanding. 10/10 for this gem of a hotel at Hyderabad. Value for money and treat for travelers. Keep it up !!!!
