Room was excellent and very well kept up. Restaurants and food spread was very nice.
Housekeeping staff were very courteous and always a step ahead to ensure our comfort.
We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

1) Avani (Food and Beverages)- Looked after us really well during breakfast and dining visits.
2) Minakshi and Syeda (Front office)- Very helpful during check in and check out. Minakshi went out of the way to send steamer and ginger/honey drink to the room to ensure quick recovery of our daughter who was having cold and stuffiness.
3) Dohwa and Monalisha (In room services)-Great Service.

The first thing that hits your face is the heavy traffic on the road. Be prepared to spend 30 to 90 minutes on the road if you have to go somewhere. Hopefully, the situation will improve by mid-2027 when the metro work is completed. Plan ahead and start early!
Otherwise, the city is vibrant and full of fun activities. It is a happening place and there are always some live events going on throughout the year.

This city is overcrowded with crumbling infrastructure lack of hygiene. If you have so much money to spare, better go to Mumbai or Pune. Atleast those cities are full of life and kind people. Bangalore is filled with youth whose life has been sucked out of them. Especially those who work near ORR.

This was a great hotel in a lovely area of Bangalore. The room was super clean, the bed and pillows were so comfortable and the bathroom was great - lots of hot water. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay again. Staff were also great.
