I first stayed at Hotel Blue Pearl in November 2024. During that visit, I lost one of my bags at the airport. The staff at the hotel, especially Ravi, were incredibly helpful in assisting me to retrieve it. Thanks to Ravi, I was able to get my bag back. Horrendous air quality in December.
Horrendous air quality in December. I brought a HEPA filter for my hotel rooms. Traffic varied between bad and horrendous. I recommend only 1 day in Delhi to see the major sights, and then continue to your other destinations in India. Do take time for the Lodi Gardens, however; a real oasis in the madness of the city.

Staff was Excellent - Prafful/Megha from the Frontdesk/Guest relations and each at Lobby/Restraunt very energetic team overall.
The large room was really nice and view of the runway was amazing.
We had Buffet dinner and Breakfast. Taste of the food was good but more desserts are needed in dinner :). Breakfast was nice but was overcrowded.
Overall its a great experience and my kids enjoyed each bit of it.

It is heaven for non-veg food lovers. A day outing to visit all the historical places is a must when you are in Delhi. I would recommend hiring an auto rikshaw instead of a cab to roam around the city. It is not just cost effective also to avoid the traffic auto is a better option.

Novotels are extremely underrated in my opinion. My stay in Delhi exceed all my expectations. The staff were incredible and made us feel like royalty. The hotel itself was immaculate with fabulous bedrooms and the very best of facilities. The spa was 5 star and so was the pool area. I felt recharged and in good spirits leaving and this was all down to the staff. I am currently staying in Novotel Vietnam because my experience in India was so good.
The location was excellent and while the entrance might not look exactly like the pictures, the place was fantastic, really clean (the cleanest Ive seen in India) the staff was super helpful, it was like staying at a 5 star hotel. Really good!! 100% recommend
