A beautiful, atmospherically lit staircase takes you to the first floor where two bedrooms are located. Both bedrooms have a double bed (180x200 cm), SAT TV, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, toilet and a hairdryer. Both bedrooms have a private balcony. Bed sheets and towels will be at your disposal. Holiday house is also equipped with an internet connection. So that you don't get too hot on hot summer days, all rooms are air-conditioned and all windows are equipped with blinds and mosquito nets. In addition, if you plan to go on holiday in spring or late autumn, the villa is equipped with underfloor heating and has a heated pool. Property is fully enclosed and by the house is a private parking for three cars.  From outside you can access a storage room where you can find a washing and a drying rack. In the storage room, you can store any kind of equipment you might bring with you on holidays.

A dining table for four awaits you in the center of the room and a leather sofa set at the other end of the room. From all corners of the living space area you will be able to watch TV. The view from all corners of the ground floor invites you to go outside where a spacious fenced terrace with a pool is at your disposal.
