The facility is in a beautiful location. Easy access to everywhere. A facility that I have stayed in many times before and liked. The staff is usually well-intentioned and hospitable. The room I stayed in was in the Boutique section, the room was very well-designed and the interior was meticulously arranged. The bathroom is very nice and it is unique to have 2 balconies. I stayed on the 12th floor and in room 1201, the panoramic city view is excellent.

As I was from India, I have seen much better beaches. The only good thing was the night life and restaurants around the city Very vibrant and alive City.True to it's name " Las Vegas of Europe" . Even a person who travel alone will find this place interesting. Good food and beer. Day trip to Prometheus and Martvili was good but tiring.

its a tourist trap. las vegas for arabs, stay away, go to tbilisi/georgia or trabzon/turkey insdtead. Also, the hotel exprience was the worst I ever had, and many hotels are "Orbi" that you should steer clear of.

You dont have to travel far for anything, buses are regular cost for 1 journey less than £0.10 pence

We went to Batumi to visit family.
We went to Batumi to visit family. I wouldn't recommend to visit Batumi for a holiday as it is simply one big building site and overcrowded. Traffic is one big traffic jam.
The beach contains big pebbles, no sand! The water is regularly heavy polluted by waste and as if the local source system is being discharged strait into the sea.
The Boulevard is one big fair and due to the high speeding electric scooters and carts a dangerous place to be.
We really like hotel, room and breakfast. Hotel location is perfect. You can walk everywhere that casinos, restaurants, coffee shops and historical places. Katy was awesome woman. She makes for us delicious breakfasts and she always smiles. I like her energy very much. Owners are very helpful. They know many languages Turkish, English, Russian and Georgian language of course. I definitely recommend hotel phaliashvili. If I will visit batumi again I sure stay in here 😊 madloba for everything.
This is quite modern and new hotel in the heart of Batumi. Everything is clean. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is great, you get easily to the beach and promenade. Good breakfast with fresh vegetables and juices.
