It is impossible to sleep there because of the super noise environment and 0 isolation. Music like in disco till 03:00 am. We agreed with the owner about leaving before and initially they agreed to give us one night money back. Was not true, and only refunded 20 laris (equal to 6 Euros). Even worse, he blamed us for ignoring how noisy it was. Avoid it!!!

The hotel has a nice territory with a pool that was cleaned daily, a nice shaded dining area. The room was exceptional with almost a 50 m2 balcony and a bathroom with a nice tub and the view of the sea is pleasant. Room was cleaned daily and the staff was very nice and considerate of the nap hours of our children and came to clean when it was comfortable for us. The hotel has a restaurant that offers meals (mind you need to order a few hours in advance as they prepare almost everything from scratch). Natasha was very helpful with anything we needed, one also has an option to do laundry (and get everything folded and brought to your room).

I loved the hotel’s location, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were fantastic—the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The hotel is very family-friendly, with many families and small children around, yet it remains quiet and peaceful at night. I appreciated the option to borrow a chessboard from the office and enjoyed meeting others who were also playing chess. My stay was truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend this hotel for a vacation.

Not really any architecture/city places to look at except the city queue.
But it is easy to take a taxi and reach PetrA fortress in one direction (20 minutes) and Botanical garden with flamingos, parrots, huge trees from all over the world in the other direction (25 minutes).
Good value for money.

It is a very nice area for strolls on the beach, drinking coffee in the many coffee shops, it has a very nice market with lots of interesting stuff to buy, good and affordable public transport and a good and affordable place to visit, especially out of season when it is not very busy.

Very nice beaches, not too expensive, friendly people. Right in the heart of the Adjara culture. Beautiful Cliffside castles you can see from far away. Lots of culture. And people are very nice. Hard to get away after staying here for a while.

Very busy during summertime.
Very busy during summertime. Lots of parks and playgrounds available for young and old. A huge amount of restaurants available and open during summer season. Try Smile and Princessa restaurante on Agmashenebeli. They are both fantastic. Wonderful warm seas and oebble beach. Umbrellas and beach loungers to rent at 5lari each for the day. The 3 big banks have offices in the town centre. Draw enough cash as there are no ATM's available along the promenade. The promenade is brand new and at least 8km long so lovely with a lot of shade trees and perfect for cycling and walking.

My personal favorite place in Kobuleti was the beach. The water was amazing, as well as the weather. We travelled with our dog and had a lot of fun swimming. We mostly ate at our hotel. The food was amazing. It is very easy to get around. Bolt taxis service is available.

There is not much to see in Kobuleti itself but it is a nice...
There is not much to see in Kobuleti itself but it is a nice place for a quiet few days away. We visited the nearby Dendrology Park which is definitely worth a visit and Petra Fortress which is interesting and has great views. We also visited the protected area which was overgrown and wet so we couldn’t explore it fully but we saw some nice birds. There is a path along the sea front which is a lovely walk but better in the morning or evening as it is quite exposed in the middle of the day.
Having your own car would be an advantage as we found it quite difficult to arrange transport. The Maxim taxi app works but we didn’t have great experiences with the drivers.
When we visited in June 2021 a lot of restaurants were closed but appeared to be getting ready to reopen.

the room was facing the sea, very clean, the sheets were comfortable and white clean it had a small fridge very big shower wit a view of the sea. easy access to the hotel facilities. the buffet breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. great coffee. in the evening there was nice qiet music in the pool/bar area. the spa area was great with an indoor pool, hot-tub and more. the hotel is located just outside batumi near the Petra fort and the banana plantation.
Beautiful place as close to the nature, as it can get. Sometimes you felt like nature is part of the hotel, which I find amazing. Staff (receptionist) was helpful in everything. Love that. Price was also pretty good considering other accomodation options in the area in the middle of Mtirala.
The hotel is new and clean, and we got a big room with a balcony and a nice view. The owner and the staff were friendly and made sure we have what we need for breakfast.
