It was lovely to be immersed in the nature - it felt like a peaceful sanctuary. The view to the sea from the hotel (restaurant, rooms, pool..) is stunning and it's wonderful to have a spa, beach access, and the pool on the premises. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Mariam, one of the servers in the restaurant, was incredibly sweet and kind. Nana, the massage therapist, was exceptional. It was my second time in this hotel and I'm looking forward to coming back again.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the sea (you need to cross the road). Communication with the administrator Anna is quick via WhatsApp. The hotel offers a free transfer from the train station. Anna is very hospitable, friendly, and always ready to help, even assisting us with calling a taxi 👌🏽. A significant plus of the hotel is the heated pool with sun loungers. There is a breakfast buffet, and you can also have homemade lunches (soup, cutlets, mashed potatoes) at the on-site café (Nelli, your meals are delicious, thank you so much! 😘). You can also order Georgian dishes like khinkali. Laundry service is available for 5 lari. Room cleaning is on request. You can join organized excursions with Sergey, but we explored on our own, taking the bus to the Dendropark, Music Park, Petra Fortress, and Batumi.
The room had comfortable beds and was clean. Some reviews mention a sewage smell, which we noticed only a couple of times and it didn't bother us at all. Our balcony faced the sea.
The city center is about 5 km away, and we always walked there. However, you can also take a bus or minibus.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a two-minute walk to the sea, and the affordability is unbeatable. The food was delicious, the hosts were incredibly hospitable, and the room service was excellent, making our vacation comfortable and enjoyable. ❤️

We came to this hotel 5th time in the last 3 years. This time we had a family vacation and I booked 1 suite and 1 standard room. Both rooms were well equipped. The beach was clean and the infrastructure has become much better than in 2023. Quality of food in the restaurant was also great as usual. It was a high season, but almost all days I parked my car on the hotel's parking lot. Staff on the reception was always kind.
But how could all these great things be ruined?

Great place for easy access to the sea shore itself. Not crowded as in Batumi.
Not really any architecture/city places to look at except the city queue.
But it is easy to take a taxi and reach PetrA fortress in one direction (20 minutes) and Botanical garden with flamingos, parrots, huge trees from all over the world in the other direction (25 minutes).
Good value for money.

It is a very nice area for strolls on the beach, drinking coffee in the many coffee shops, it has a very nice market with lots of interesting stuff to buy, good and affordable public transport and a good and affordable place to visit, especially out of season when it is not very busy.

Very nice beaches, not too expensive, friendly people. Right in the heart of the Adjara culture. Beautiful Cliffside castles you can see from far away. Lots of culture. And people are very nice. Hard to get away after staying here for a while.

Very busy during summertime.
Very busy during summertime. Lots of parks and playgrounds available for young and old. A huge amount of restaurants available and open during summer season. Try Smile and Princessa restaurante on Agmashenebeli. They are both fantastic. Wonderful warm seas and oebble beach. Umbrellas and beach loungers to rent at 5lari each for the day. The 3 big banks have offices in the town centre. Draw enough cash as there are no ATM's available along the promenade. The promenade is brand new and at least 8km long so lovely with a lot of shade trees and perfect for cycling and walking.

My personal favorite place in Kobuleti was the beach. The water was amazing, as well as the weather. We travelled with our dog and had a lot of fun swimming. We mostly ate at our hotel. The food was amazing. It is very easy to get around. Bolt taxis service is available.

There is not much to see in Kobuleti itself but it is a nice...
There is not much to see in Kobuleti itself but it is a nice place for a quiet few days away. We visited the nearby Dendrology Park which is definitely worth a visit and Petra Fortress which is interesting and has great views. We also visited the protected area which was overgrown and wet so we couldn’t explore it fully but we saw some nice birds. There is a path along the sea front which is a lovely walk but better in the morning or evening as it is quite exposed in the middle of the day.
Having your own car would be an advantage as we found it quite difficult to arrange transport. The Maxim taxi app works but we didn’t have great experiences with the drivers.
When we visited in June 2021 a lot of restaurants were closed but appeared to be getting ready to reopen.

The breakfast was good and changed every day. The rooms are comfortable and light with big windows. The staff was friendly and available for any requests. The Hotel is located in immediate proximity to the beach and for guests of the house chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach. It is not located in the centre of Kobuleti, so the evenings and nights are calm and pleasant!

The best thing about hotel is location, very close to the beach, lots of restaurants around. Hosts are very welcoming, always ready to help. All basic things for comfortable stay are present, towels, toilet paper e.t.c. Great value for money, definitely will be back.
Our stay was enjoyable - the room was large with a nice view, swimming pools with soft sunbeds were cozy. Private beach was also a benefit - there was always a free space. Hotel also has nice private territory with bamboo grove. Breakfast was delicious.
