The cost and location are brilliant, as well as the ambiance of the lobby and staircase. The tea and coffee provisions are very generious to make sure you don't run out which is nice, it beats the 2 tea bags and two milks sometimes provided.

I loved the environment of the hotel and how welcoming it is. The staff made the trip very easy, and they were very welcoming on arrival and leaving. We have been here before, and we couldn't fault anything then or now.
Breakfast was always on point! There was never a fault. And very yummy, which was good as my partner and i both love our food. You're paying for what you get. This is the cleanliness, good value food, the comfort of the bed, and the room size; we had a pretty good view of the outside, even if there was work getting done to clock but that didn't bother us.
I definitely recommend anyone to come here!

I mean, we're talking about the Museum of Science and Industry, People's History Museum, Manchester Museum, Imperial War Museum North, and the National Football Museum, to name just a few. And that's not all – there's also the Manchester Art Gallery, Whitworth Art Gallery, Lowry Art Gallery, and Home, and let's not forget the stunning Rylands Library. Position of hotel is very good. Easy access to trains/ trams into city centre as close by. Also enjoyed a leisurely stroll around Clipper Quay. There was plenty of room in the bathroom for all our toiletries. Which is not always the case.. Enough space in bedroom and comfortable bed. We enjoyed visiting Manchester and found it to be a clean, friendly, and interesting city. Would visit again.
Very comfortable hotel centrally located to Manchester city centre, Arndale shopping centre and Northern Quarter are just around the corner. Staff is excellent and make you feel at home. Special thanks to Noura at reception who welcomed us in our native language and restaurant manager Adrian and his team. The hot breakfast prepared to individual order is highly recommended.
Breakfast was good, not the best but perfectly ok and comparable for the price.
