The location was superb. Wasn't the best room we have ever stayed in, but it was clean warm and comfortable. The twin beds though.... could have done with being slightly bigger. The staff were superb, lovely welcoming.

My room was a big one and had much space and a bath. Loved the way it was close to the underground. Andrei was one of the best recepcionists from London so far, kindly and he seems to love other idioms. Gym 24 h was an other differential

I absolutely love London! I love famous buildings & architecture. I've been many times & there's still so much I want to see! I have finally figured out the tube, it's easy once you know! It's very fast paced with people of all cultures & can be very busy in the main tourist attractions so patience is needed!

Too tight to fit 4 persons.

Too tight to fit 4 persons. If the sofa cum bed is opened, one cannot lay the centre table. Dinning provision with desk bench is in a very limited area. However, the location of property is excellent. All the favourite places are nearby. Can also be stated as value for money.

London has so much to see and do.

London has so much to see and do. World class museums abound. There is history everywhere you look. Go to the theater; try the half price TKTS in Leicester Square and go to the National Theater to see some of the best actors the UK has to offer. There's great food and shopping there. You can walk miles every day for weeks and not see it all. But it's expensive if you want to stay in a half-way decent place, which matters to me more than when I first went there in my 20s.

I found London to be the most clean and to have the most...

I found London to be the most clean and to have the most organized transport system of all cities I visited (visited Madrid, London and Paris). For example, in Paris you could spot the pickpockets from afar and the metro was always crowded. I saw many confused tourists trying to buy the metro passes.

Our favorite hotel in London, where we have stayed many times the last ten years. Nice apartments with kitchenette. Good location in a nice area, close to two tube stations and several bus lines nearby, easy access from Heathrow, many restaurants, museums and nice areas to walk around in. The hotel has been good at fulfilling our wishes regarding floor plan etc. Also, nice and good service by Urszula in the office. Thank you!

The hotel was very clean and modern, a great location and very cheap for London! Reception staff were friendly. The room size is similar to a premier inn hub, with a spacious bathroom, a kettle, hairdryer, coffee machine etc all included. Paid around £40 pp for a night which, for right next to Hyde Park, was excellent.

Great location. Small room. Clean. If you level your expectations and take a look at the pictures, you will be fine. London is not known to be cheap and also its hotels are comparably lower in quality compared to other European countries (e.g. Germany, Switzerland, Italy)

This is a real no nonsense hotel it's quite outdated looking but being one of the cheapest hotels in London near a underground station it's nearly worth just living with it. When checking out you simply drop your key card in a mailbox at the desk and away you go.

Great location in the historic part of London. Rather less expensive than other 5 star hotels nearby. Great stay if you like unusual twist about the place where you are staying - the building previously has been a main police office of the city.
