The apartment is part of a beautiful Leamington regency property and has a private entrance down steps to the lovely courtyard patio. Please note the steps are quite steep; handrails and step grippers are installed to assist. Unloading is allowed outside the apartment, and parking is available at the nearby multi-storey car park (St. Peter’s), a 5 minute walk from Regent’s Retreat. Leamington train station is a 10 minute walk. The accommodation boasts a fitted kitchen with integral fridge and dishwasher, along with separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A separate bathroom with rainfall shower, toilet, sink and towel radiator complements the newly refurbished apartment. Relax in the living/dining area with a flat screen TV providing streaming services only via firestick. Before heading into Leamington, have a pre dinner drink in the courtyard or just simply head out to the local tapas bars, restaurants, pubs, cinema, parks and so much more to explore!

We love sharing our beautiful regency townhouse apartment with guests who come to Leamington to enjoy the beautiful spa town, its many pubs and restaurants and its surrounding towns. Stratford is a 25 minute drive and explore the fabulous castles at Warwick and Kenilworth. If horse racing is your passion, then try Warwick or Stratford racecourse, or play golf at the numerous courses in the locality. There are museums, parks, and historical sights to be seen, whilst Leamington train station is a 10 minute walk away and has a direct line (75mins) to Marylebone Station if you fancy a trip to the capital.
