Nice house located in a quiet street of l'Aiguillon in Arcachon. Within walking distance you will find: the beach, the shops (bakery, grocery shop, fish shop etc..) and the port of Arcachon. You will fall in love with this charming and photogenic place. While walking around, take a well-deserved break in the only oyster shack in the area: the Cabane de l'Aiguillon! The house has 2 areas and in the first area there is a living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and a bathroom. In the second area, there is a living room with a sofa bed (bed 140), a bathroom and a bedroom (bed 160). The outdoor area is 300m². - A terrace with a table for 8-10 people and 2 parasols - A terrace for lounging on deck chairs. The rest of the garden is accessible for activities such as Molkky, bowling, ball games etc. We have a Weber barbecue. The garden is sunny. We also offer the outbuilding of the house which can accommodate 2 extra people if required (contact us).

Nestled between the Ville d'Automne d'Arcachon and La Teste de Buch, the Aiguillon district seduces visitors with its authenticity. From the Saint-Ferdinand church to the colourful fishermen's huts at the Pointe de l'Aiguillon, via the port, discover the many points of view of the site. Very lively and commercial, this district can be visited on foot or by bike. It also has many "nice and accessible restaurants" according to many tourists. And if you like oysters, a lunch break is a must at the only shack in the area, the Cabane de l'Aiguillon, located at the end of Boulevard Pierre Loti.
