Company information

Born in Paris and after a career in fashion, a change of life was necessary. Loving comfort and having travelled a lot Laurent wanted to bring the best, comfort and refinement to his guests. In this little cocoon, a few steps from the shops and restaurants, you will feel at home. Starting point for many activities (Claude Monnet's house, Giverny, Rouen, Lyons la foret, Nicolas poussin museum, the collegiate church), the St Sauveur church, the Gaillard castle or the banks of the Seine are opposite the flat.

Property information

The living room/open plan kitchen has a double sofa bed, television, wifi internet and telephone. A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven with induction hob, large fridge freezer, coffee machine +Nespresso, kettle microwave toaster, fruit press, complete crockery, iron + ironing board). The bedroom with two large windows consists of a large, ultra-comfortable bed (160X200) with mattress, a rack and shelves. The shower room has a shower with glass walls, towel warmer, toilet, washbasin and furniture. Finally, a small terrace area equipped to take an aperitif or coffee or simply to read a good book in peace and quiet will seduce you.

Neighbourhood information

On the banks of the Seine and at the foot of the famous ruins of the Château-Gaillard, which offer a magnificent panorama, the town of Les Andelys is made up of the Petit and Grand Andely. Along the banks of the Seine, the dome of the Saint-Jacques hospital and the spire of the Saint-Sauveur church can be seen. The Promenade des Près follows the Grand Rang canal, a link between the Petit and Grand Andely. Giverny and the house of Claude Monnet, Vernon, Rouen and Lyons la Foret are less than 30
