Riverside home is a scandinavian style detached house by the river just few kilometres from Santa Claus Village and Rovaniemi Airport. This riverside property has a big garden and amazing views. We offer minimum three bedrooms with comfy beds in both of them, so the property is ideal for example for two couples or family. There is also available 3rd room with motorbed (single) and by request 4th room with sofabed (queensize). We accommodate max 4-5 guests so if needed all of you have own bedroom. The house is very suitable for families with children all ages! One child is welcome free (under 7 yrs). Amenities also for little children: a potty, adjustable TripTrap children´s high chair, plastic bath tub, toys and games. Safe environment for your children. The property has fully equipped kitchen and a nice dining area as well living room. There are two toilets/bathrooms and also two saunas: one inside and one outside. Inside sauna is included the price. You may ask the outside sauna and / or hot tub for extra service (ask price and availibility per request). Hot tub available from May to October. The big 3800 m2 garden and 50 metres long riverside is private: make Your own snowman in wintertime and swim in the river in summer :) Late summer months You can pick Your own raspberries and redcurrants from our garden. Broadband WI-FI, Netflix and also also an office-desk/place to work for You to use. We invest for sustainability, we have f.e. solar panels on our property roof and electric car loading station available in garage. We recycle all our waste and we offer our guests also an opportunity and ability to do so also. This Riverside home offers You and Your family or friends true lapland and scandinavian experience in total privacy, but still near the city center, airport and Santa Claus Village. We host You friendly and give You full guidance to the property. Our home is not for party purposes and we will not accept that kind of customers.

Between our own travels we now and then welcome guests to our home - it is privilege to host You, welcome to Rovaniemi and beautiful Lapland!

Santa Claus Village just appr. 4 km from the property, Rovaniemi Airport appr. 5 min with taxi, City Center appr. 7 km (bus stop near the property). Grocery stores in walking distance and in Rovaniemi there is also Wolt-service available to order groceries or ready meals to front door.
