La Casa del Serrador is a house with over 400 years of history that has been restored several times over the years. On the outside, the facades preserve the old building style and the old walls have been kept. Inside we find the wooden beams on the roof: on the ground floor it has 2 bedrooms (and one with a double bed and the other with two beds) and a complete bathroom with shower that can be accessed from both rooms. On the first floor we will find a triple suite with two beds and a living room with a sofa bed that becomes two beds, a complete bathroom with bathtub, a dining room equipped with toilets and space for 8 people and the kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, blender and pantry. It is also equipped with cutlery, crockery and pans for 8 people. In cold season, wood is provided and the elements to light the fireplace. As it is not an essential service, if any of these elements are used up during the stay, the establishment will not be obliged to replace them. No pets allowed. No parties.

Pedraza is a town and municipality in the province of Segovia (Spain), located 37 km northeast of Segovia city and with a resident population of 467 people. It is a walled medieval town, whose careful rehabilitation led to its declaration as a Historic Site in 1951.
