Every aspect of my stay at Casa del Café exceeded my highest expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Heredia, although, unfortunately, it was only for one night. The place was very clean, easy to find, and the hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was terrific, as well. Such a beautiful place.

Great staff. Taking into account Covid19 related problems and restrictions, all the staff gives their best to keep hotel operation as good as possible (that is the main reason for my overall rating for this hotel) If you have something to do in Heredia City, this hotel has an excellent location. It is near many restaurants, 150m from a supermarket and a car rental site, 500m from Universidad Nacional, 700m from a small mall and a bank (where you can exchange US Dollars to Colones at good exchange rate - bring your passport).
What a beautiful spot ! The river along the cabin, the pond with the animals and the waterfall nearby are so charming. I wish I would have stay more than a night because I would have like to enjoy more all the facilities around and the beautiful surroundings.
