This was right where I had to be and very convenient. One of the two beds was great. Coffee and Coffee machine was nice. Freindly staff. It did seem expensive for a room in an older buildingand no breakfast.

Close to all amenities. All walking distance and the position of the motel was far from the road which I appreciated. The clients staying were respectful and quiet.

When I got to the hotel, it was from 4pm until 5pm.
When I got to the hotel, it was from 4pm until 5pm. I received a $ 300 deposit. When I checked out of the hotel at 5 pm, the deposit was not returned to me. And when I called the hotel, they disrespectfully told me that I had to go back to the hotel to receive the deposit! I'm in Toronto now !!!!!! And unfortunately $ 300 has been deducted from my account and no one is responsible. I really complain about this hotel! But unfortunately I do not know what to do. I have trusted Booking and I have been your regular customer and now I expect you to defend me.

We arrived early to beat the snow storm on our date of travel only to check in and be informed there is a $50. early check in charge. Are you kidding me!! No reputable hotel charges a fee like this. The hotel has been open for almost a year and still no housekeeping staff for bed linens and towel replacement. How can you justify the room charges without this service.
