Property info

This modern, luxuriously furnished apartment offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. It is located close to the train station and the ski bus stop, with a magnificent view of the Kitzbüheler Horn. The center of Kitzbühel is within walking distance. Supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has been very newly renovated and is stylish and modern. A ski room with a ski boot dryer is located in the house and a definite highlight. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the multi-family house. The fully equipped modern kitchen has an oven, hob, a large fridge incl. freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Bora extractor fan. It is designed as a living/kitchen with a bar, dining table, spacious sofa area and Smart TV. Very large windows allow a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps. It offers a large, bright double bedroom with a view of the Kitzbüheler Horn, a wardrobe with plenty of storage space, a shower, and a separate toilet. The living room has a sofa bed which comfortably fits 2 extra guests. There is a washing machine with a dryer. Bed linen and towels are included in the price and the high quality box spring bed and the living couch for 3rd and 4th person are setup on arrival. There is a ski room with a heated ski boot warmer on the ground floor. There is 1 free parking space per apartment.

You can walk to 3 main supermarkets in 5 minutes, the train station is 7 minutes walk away as is the free ski bus that takes you the the Hahnenkamm and Kitzbuehler Horn ski lifts in less then 10 minutes.
