Amazing place with a beautiful view from the balcony. The location is perfect, very close to a few beaches and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and Toni and his family were very friendly and welcoming. They made sure we were comfortable and made a delicious breakfast by catering to our dietary needs. Toni also helped us book taxis, directed us to the bus station and even dropped off a coat that we accidentally left at the accommodation. Overall had a relaxing time at Himare and would 100% recommend Toni Retzo Rooms!

Very cute seaside little town. At the end of November, very quiet. Two restaurants opened. We went twice to Piazza, very welcoming lady and really good food (zucchini chips, eggplant paste, homemade bread). Lots of hiking and walking paths. The nature is amazing.

Himare is at least 3,5 hours away from Tirana Airport and the landscape to drive through is not very appealing ( only last hour). Its a small town with lots of beaches nearby . Not a lot of charm. The old village up the hill on the contrary is very beautiful but has except a viewpoint bar no other services to offer

Avoid Himare in July and August it is just too overcrowded - It is a wonderful spot in shoulder season. Like the whole coastline there is a lot of construction so choose your accomodation carefully. Plenty of restaurants and things to do - would highly recommend boat trip. Great valuer for money, and excellent seafood. The waters are crystal clear just like the advertising literature. Heavenly sunsets.

Himara is a perfect location for summer vacation.
Himara is a perfect location for summer vacation. There are many beaches and most of them are walking distance from each other. Himara offers a lots of bars and restaurants so the nights are not boring and you have something to do and places to go. I really enjoyed the trip to Porto Palermo Castle and the Potami beach. I love Llamani and Livadhi beach but unfortunately I didn’t have time to visit them during my trip.

Beaches are not great.
Beaches are not great. City is dirty, you can smell the garbage. Pretty hard to park the car, we had to use the car to visit different beaches(about 6km away from Himare). Next day we took the car and ate 60 km away in Sarande,

This hotel is at a brilliant location, right infront of the beach and great restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours around. It’s a great place to be! Himare was one of our favorite places to stay during our trip. The owner seems like a very cool lady!
The rooms were clean, a little outdated but that was absolutely no issue for us. The room even had space to dry swim clothes and towels which was a big plus for us. We‘d definitely come back without hesitation!
The hosts are great and this is a home-like type of accommodation. The breakfast was delicious, everything was local, fresh and home cooked.
It's on the main road, parking in the garden, which is very convenient as this part of Albania has very narrow small, unpaved streets.
Rooms are new.
Note: it is located away from the center of the Himare, great if you are by car of a motorbike and plan to explore the Aquarium, Gume, Livadi or Jala beaches.
Everything, from start to end. A warm welcome ; every day throughout the day. The location couldn’t be better, with two beaches across the street and the boulevard within a two minute walk?! Come on!
But the best thing is the warmth and service from the owner. Nothing is too much, no question was unanswered. Thank you so much! Whenever we visit Albania, this will be our homebase in Himare.

Rooms were clean and beds super comfortable. Balcony facing the ocean and beautiful sunsets. A very short walk from the beach, where sunbeds are available and the water crystal clear.
Stayed with family and would absolutely recommend hotel Stolis for anyone travelling to Himare.
Nice and cheap accomodation in Himarë. The owner was fantastic and very helpful. If you are all day at the beach or somewhere on the trip, there's nothing you miss there. Thank You!
