The staff here work very hard non stop. They tried their best to check us in when our connecting flights times got changed in istanbul. Nadeem kept trying for us to have a room as we were absolutely tired! We managed to check in by 12pm which was really kind. TUSHAR thank you for contacting me prior and arranging a beautifulsuprise birthdaycake for our daughter who turned 5 during our stay with Ramada. , Mukhtar was amazing always trying to help us and always looking to be helpful.
I have to say i wasn't feeling confident as my first time booking here. We loved our room and hotel valet parking was very helpful. Will definitely recommend and book again. Thank you habiba also for your breakfast smiles and letting us know about the in house 50percent dinner offer which we used almost every night. The room was really good with having a fridge freezer and washing machine which helps with kids.
Also the desi breakfast area was nice. I loved the Indian breakfast choices.

A beautiful city which far exceeded our expectations.
A beautiful city which far exceeded our expectations. I've been to Dubai and Sharjah and I'd return to Abu Dhabi tomorrow if I could. The Grand Mosque is beautiful. Our hotel, The Shangri-La Qayrat Al Beri was outstanding and centrally located. Yas Island is such a wonderful place for kids and famalies, WB and SeaWorld were amazing! Yas Acres Gold Club was also a great way to spend a pool day. Next time we will be venturing into the mangroves and out into the desert for some night sky viewing.

Abu Dhabi is a developed place where you have various price to stay and eat, while traveling alone and as a family. Compared to Dubai, Abu Dhabi is a quite and affordable place. It may seem expensive if you come from a third world country, but with the standard of living there, the prices are reasonable.
If you come with kids, make sure to visit Abu Dhabi park zoo, the tickets are a bit pricey and for special shows (like sea lion show we saw), you pay extra (we paid 275 AED for a family of 5), but its worth the price and kids have a memorable time.

The private day tour was excellent and provided a great cross-section of sights given the time we had available. The Grand Mosque and Presidential Palace visits were definitely a highlight. It was still hot in Oct but manageable, so remember to consider the time of year to visit if you have flexibility.

The hotel was extremely good. and the studio apartment was The best I would say. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed in 2 different hotels as I had a short booking in uptown and was not able to extend as the hotel was all booked for the next days. So, comparing uptown with other hotels, I found it THE BEST.
Excellent value, not anything like the Premier Inn brand hotels in UK, more akin to a UK 4* with excellent service to match. V.good breakfast buffet and reasonably priced a la carte meals in restaurant. Quiet and in excellent location for ADNEC but to get anywhere else in AD requires a taxi
Friendly staff and supet cleam rooms particularly the bathrooms. Breakfast was good, but you better be there as early as possible. It gets super busy after 9:00...Location wise all hotels in Yas Islands are within closed proximity of theme parks...
We have stayed here before and it is one of the best hotels in the world - with outstanding food and service. It’s amazing to stay here also with little children as everything works super smoothly.
Loved the location of the hotel and staff was very friendly and spoke english too.
Breakfast was good and also dinner was tasty.
Pool area was nice too.
