Dubai is very expensive I wouldn't recommend for budget travellers. The experience was good overall since systems are in place and work 100%,especially transport systems like the careem app,the metro,the tram,the buses, these made my commutes very easy.

It's a modern city where everything is available.

The Burj Khalifa has stunning views we went at sunset and WOW this did not disappoint.
Dubai can be as expensive or as cheap as you want to make it. You can dine at expensive restaurants Or you can have food delivered via the Deliveroo app, also in the many malls there are plenty of fast food outlets and Supermarkets where you can.purchase snacks, Drinks etc.
Taxis are readily available and are cheap option to get around the city.

Very busy city, however it is very expensive to eat and drink there. Many years ago it was a lot cheaper to visit. I would only stop in Dubai for a short time if I am traveling through back to Australia.

Hotel is located 5min walk from metro station, in Dubai internet city. Overall location is good, it's about 7-10 min ride away from Dubai Marina and if you want to go to Mall of Emirates or Burj Khalifa metro connection is great. Hotel has a nice restaurant and the food is ok, you can choose between 6-7 different meal and everything is pretty tasty (it doesn't have so much spice as people usually think). Pool is small, but it wasn't crowded (we were there in October). Shuttle bus to JBR beach is also big plus.
location was perfect right on the beach, access to the gym and pool across the road at the Fairmont , free water and towels. also access to Riva beach club was perfect too. located opposite 2 malls and 5km away from the Dubai Marina. Staff at property were really helpful the security always helpful, Davlat the host at Guesta was really helpful and prompt, he provided an ap to give discounts on food and free Netflix and Amazon to watch, perfect cute on the beach apartment , will defo come back . thank you

It was a good hotel with plenty of options for food and drink. Had a nice meal in the Garden on 8 sports bar, with great atmosphere.
Breakfast was a small buffet and simple menu that was ok. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
The hotel is very clean. The staff, especially Kamal Uddin, the ladies who work in the restaurant, housekeeping and Mustafa were all amazing.
The swimming pool is amazing and the location of the hotel is excellent, 8 minutes from JBR, 12 minutes from Dubai Marina Mall and 20 minutes from Downtown Dubai.

No need for a car in order to reach JBR Beach, The Walk or Dubai Marina.
