Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. Casa da Muralha is a large, very clean, comfortable home in a great location. We were lucky to stay 5 nights and did many day trips from Campo Maior. The real gem is Campo Maior itself. Several excellent and newly renovated museums and sites to see...all free of charge. The town square is the perfect place to end the day with a drink in the outside Cafe people watching. Restaurants in town are fabulous. We did not have a bad dinner ever. The host is extremely helpful and quick to respond.
We would not hesitate to return.
