Everything was wonderful. Nice quite big house for a very reasonable price quite close to Balaton. The beds in the green room are super comfy, also the other room beds were fine. The hotel was very clean (the corridors even smelled very clean and fresh!), the staff were friendly even if they didn't really speak English. It's very close to the beach, you just have to cross the train trails and you are there. The breakfast was good. It looked like a nice place to go with kids and family as well.
