Great setup for mountain bikers. Cool nods to the history of Derby's MTB scene with signs from previous EWS teams in the bike shed. Oh yeah it has a specific bike shed. With tools! Warm and cosy. Rustic. Your classic old school holiday home. Easy to find everything.
We stayed in the old school. The 4 poster bed was very comfortable. Loved the feel of the place.
The bathroom was new and very clean. The shower was amazing. (I want one just like it!)
Hosts were terrific - answering any questions & helping when needed.
Close to shops but still quiet. There was a shed to store bikes in that was locked at night.
it was very clean, tidy & spacious. the location was great, the working farm at the end of the driveway provided lots of entertainment for our son. it was a 10 min drive to Derby. the beds were very comfortable. we would stay here again
fantastic pub accom. had a fully renovated suite with en-suite. Also saw the shared facilities were fully renovated, stylish and very clean. staff were so friendly and helpful.
