600 metres from Calangute Beach, Cerca Del Mar is a recently renovated property situated in Calangute and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. All staff were very helpful. The bed was excellent and in particular the sheets and bed cover was way better than I have experienced in other indian hotels. The ac and wifi were also excellent.

Beautiful colonial house located a 5 min walk from the main street where you will find all restaurants and shops. It’s nestled amongst all tropical plants and trees, quiet and secluded. Staff are fantastic, always on hand to meet all your needs. They offer a good breakfast to start your day.

Located in Candolim, The Sovereign Villa offers a garden. Each room is fitted with a balcony with a garden view. Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. Rodrigues Guest House, a property with a garden, is located in Calangute, 500 metres from Calangute Beach, less than 1 km from Baga Beach, as well as 9 km from Chapora Fort. The host, Nandita, was very friendly and helpful, she was answering every question and helping with food/activities suggestions. Location was great, there were restaurants and beach nearby. Free drinking water, AC, fridge. Everything was good. Big room with big bed. I really enjoyed staying there and I would definitely come back.

Set just 17 km from Thivim railway station, Pinnacle Holiday Homes offers accommodation in Arpora with access to an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, as well as a 24-hour front desk. Brandon and family were very welcoming, supportive and informative. They really did exceed our expectations of stay at their beautiful Pinnacle Homes. Breakfast was delicious and served with love and etiquette. The location is perfect to cover all lovely places in north Goa. They even helped us to get commute right at their place. Very humble everyone was at their place. My special thanks to Creg, their elder son who did a very hearty welcome of us in absence of his parents. We will be delighted to book the place again in our next visit. :) Love and Cheers

Villa Khatun is a family run Guesthouse. It is set in Panjim 1.2 km from River Cruise and located away from noisy roads and close to a pharmacy, bakery, grocery store. The magically great place to stay. Everything in interior of this historical premise was made with a big taste and art. The kind and clever owners to relate with too. Therefore I guess its always fully booked. So if you eventually have a chance to book it - don't miss it

Overlooking the whitewashed St. Sebastian Chapel, Afonso Guest House is located in the heart of Fontainhas, an old Latin Quarter. Free WiFi access is available. Very nice welcome of the owner and her son (congrats for your perfect french language). The house is in the best area of Panjim, close to the old houses of Fontainhas. Good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast on the roof-top terrace (but could be easily improved with fresh fruits and yoghourt/curd). Would like to come back!

Located barely 4-minute from Panjim Bus Station and 1 km from Panjim Market, Hospedaria Abrigo De Botelho offers elegantly designed cozy accommodations. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the... Location was excellent, hospitality was exceptional! You're treated like a family member, and I'm not kidding. The hosts are so very polite and vibrant, infact people in goa are so polite in general that I was pleasantly surprised. Hence, the ratings online are totally justified. I'm not going to spoil everything but you must experience this place and it's surrounding pubs and cafes and restaurants, atleast once in your vacation :)
