Good location. Had heating. Had cooking facilities and fridge. Had spa available however too cold to use as outside. Staff/Host was friendly with communication. Bedroom on mezzanine floor was sunny and warm. Air filter (which we are hoping was clean) was useful as too cold to open windows for fresh air.

We really enjoyed our stay at your cottage. Beautiful rural view of trees and paddocks.
The beds are comfortable and warm. The cottage is warm and had good heating. It is so clean. The room servicing is good. It's quiet.
The kids enjoyed looking at the animals and the baby was happy with all the different toys in the toy box.
It honestly exceeded our expectations and we'll be sure to book here for our next trip to Dunedin 🙂

Felt like we were away from it all not far from Dunedin. Excellent breakfast while bird watching in the morning. Comfy bed, good amenities.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Julie is an amazing host! So friendly, welcoming and helpful. The property is in a perfect location near the university, city centre, Otago Museum, Art Gallery and many cafes, restaurants and bars. The rooms in the guest house are lovely, the beds comfy, and everything spotlessly clean. The continental breakfast is plentiful and the dining room sunny and light. This was my second stay and this is now my go-to accommodation in Dunedin!
Great location near the city center, various shops and Intercity bus stop. Also walking to the Otago Museum was not far. Very good, that not everyone can hang around inside the hostel (only guests have a keycard for this). Nice common rooms and amazing rooftop terrace. The room and bathroom were a good size and very clean.
Lovely quiet boutique guest house,
with warm and helpful staff,
room and facilities very clean and comfortable, breakfast was perfect and location 12min walk from city center.
Will most defently recommend and i look forward to coming back one day.😊
