OK, we weren't expecting much after our overnight plane ride from the States. After finding it (a little tricky), we were very happy. There are just two rooms and we had the place to ourselves (a bonus). It's a lovely old house and it was immaculate and modernized. You can walk into the little village where there is a bar a few places to eat (Il Capriccio was excellent). It was perfect!

Tiziana was a wonderfully welcoming host, making me feel at home in this beautiful town. The apartment was outstanding, beautifully restored, with gorgeous views. Located in the heart of the old town near the Duomo and in easy reach of all areas by walking. I highly recommend Km 0.

This was the most beautifully restored and cute apartment in a delightful village. It felt very authentic and lots of locals live in the village also.
Lorenzo and his family were so kind and helpful also. Lorenzo helped us to transport our luggage from the car and was very easy to contact.
I especially loved that they had fly screens on the windows so we could leave them open without bugs coming inside at night.
There was plenty of space for my mother and I and we loved everything about it.
My only suggestion would be perhaps provide some extra pillows for the bed.
I would 100% book this again.

Exellent stay!! Cozy and fantastic place for your stopover in Pitigliano. Owner s so gentle.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. Loved the charming room with comfortable bed and good aircon. The breakfast was the best!!!! Host was lovely.

Beautiful setting, old school customer service. Marcello is a genuine, warm host. Highly recommend a visit if you are wanting to stay in the area or have a car and wanting to go to natural hot springs (15min drive). We also had a lovely breakfast with delicious cake made by Marcello's wife, we felt right at home. Thank you Marcello!
We had the best time! What a beautiful spot! Unfortunately we only had one night here but wish we could have stayed longer. In a great spot a short drive to the hot pools and a beautiful area. We got great and helpful advice from the host. The room was very clean and tidy.
But the highlight was the food, the breakfast was excellent the homemade cheeses, cakes and yoghurts were incredible !
So affordable and worth every penny!
Daria is a wonderful hostess, works relentlessly in her farm and to provide her guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay. It was one of the highlights of our Tuscany trip to watch Daria and her husband make fresh cheese straight after milking their sheep and eating it at breakfast the following morning. Enjoying a bottle of wine and cheese in the garden and watching the sun set over the valley was another highlight.
Hosts Angela and Enrico were very welcoming and informative. We opted to have the meals during our stay, they were superb and Angela took time to explain what was in the food, so were learned quite a lot. So as well as enjoying Enrico's excellent cooking, we came away with some tips!
The breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit salad, croissants, bread, everyday a new baked cake, perfect cappuccino, yoghurt, cheese, local dried ham etc., everything carefully prepared. Even for someone like me who is usually not a breakfast eater—very seductive.
Evenings is a wonderful 4-course dinner, prepared by the couple whose place it is. The chef is the man of the house, who wonderfully cooks the freshest of ingredients in an extremely refined and delicious manner. Each course was really very good.
The Apartment is located in city center of borgo semprianiano , the good vibes of the place and the comfortable . Theres a bar so near in the apartment 500 meters and the people is so kind and friendly. The apartment is good for the group.
