EVERYTHING!! Maria was a fantastic host who helped us in numerous ways. What a beautiful hotel too. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The breakfast was ample and delicious. The breakfast was simple and effective. Fruit, juice, coffee made on demand, and fresh filled croissants every morning. Wifi was fast enough to play games or stream movies when we weren't out around the island. Great location, could walk wherever we needed to go. Also excellent hosts brought us some extra items for our room like a second chair.
I cannot imagine better accommodation in Lampedusa that stay at La Guitgia Rooms. Location is fantastic, by the beautiful beach with 3 restaurants (best sea food)/bars and close to port (boat tours), car rental and town center. Caterina was great host and preparing us nice family breakfast every morning and giving good vacation tips. Rooms are new and very clean, cleaning and towels are being changed every day. Thank you, Caterine, we have great memories!
Great location, just 10 minutes away from the airport , the main street (via Roma) and the port.
The room was clean, big enough with a nice balcony that you could hang your beach towels , swimsuits etc

Quiet, close to a. nice beach, close to the New and Old Port. The management was always available to provide support and information about what to do and what to see.

The apartment is very conveniently located in the old port of Lampedusa, in walking distance from shops for the essentials, near to the ferries to visit other islands or get to Sicily, and most importantly, in a quiet location at night. The absolute bonus is that it has a washing machine to address accidents happening and the fact that the host has picked me up at the airport and driven me back.
