The place feels secluded as our room was on level 1. Staff was friendly and very helpful. There was a long cushion bench outside of our room which I frequent.

The staff were very friendly. They even contacted me via WhatsApp to communicate about our stay/extension. The location was perfect. They cleaned the room daily and changed fresh new towels and refilled mineral water bottles daily without even having us to ask them. They were very efficient. The entire stay was perfect.

But the kindness and helpfulness of the owners is a warm bath. They really do anything to comfort you, even at night. We missed Bromotaxi but got a new one immediately by the owners. I would recommend to arrange the tour by them.
The rooms are big and really oke, surely considered the price. Everyday you"ll have clean sheets and towels and they clean your room.Yes there's a lot of work to do in modernising but this isn't a resort . Its basic but certainly oke.

Great hostel! Only stayed there for a few hours before doing the 1D Bromo tour. Very clean and comfy! Bathroom was clean. Staff very friendly and tour guide really good. Great location closed to the coloured villages.

Great hostel, small, quiet and clean. They have delicious breakfast with different options included. Jodipan and the Blue Village are in walking distance, also not far away from the train station. You can book tours downstairs at their tourist office, they offer shared sunrise day trips to Bromo everyday to join.

The hostel has a great location. It's close to the train station (you can walk), it's a quiet and safe location and there is a travel agency at the hostel so you can book a tour to Bromo and Ijen.
The dorm is spacious, the beds are very comfortable! The curtains provide privacy, you have a locker, you can put/hang your clothes and the bathrooms are very clean! The shower is hot and good!
You can order food and drinks and chill/talk with other travelers.
The name of the guesthouse said it all: cozy! We felt so welcomed by the host and she did her utmost best to help us in every possible way! Nothing was too much for her. The accommodation was near the centre, but in a very quiet area. And the rooms were really nice! Very good value for money. We would definitely recommend it !!
