Excellent location if you want to escape the huge tourist crowds in Nydri but still be within walking distance. Beautiful well maintained garden, you’re lucky if windows face that way instead of the busy road and the sea. Clean rooms, basic, but good for this price! Breakfast also simple, but covers all needs.

Even before we arrived the host contacted us and explained everything into details how to reach. He waited for us on the road to easily find the accommodation.
Giannis and his family look after their guests more like friends or family than as guests. Giannis was every day telling us new places to go and sending us which road to take and explaining js everything we asked. Location was better than we expected-directly on the walking area.
Room was cleaned every day and new towels provided.
After traveling a lot I can say that this kind of genuine care and attention to details we didn’t experience for a long time.

First of all we liked the kitchen very much, the patio was excellent for cooking, drinking coffee or just staying outdoors. The location was excellent and everything was so close, we had a supermarket at 15m from the stay. The bed was also excellent and we had the best sleep this year. We had a fridge in the room which was also very nice.

The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Some minor issues were fixed almost immediately, and he was generally very available throughout our stay. He showed much generosity as well, sometimes even giving us free pancakes and home cooked meals, which we appreciated. His helpful employee, Kiki, was very diligent and cute. We had fun trying to find out more about her using nonverbal communication, google translate and other available means, reason being a big language barrier. All in all we enjoyed the people at this apartment complex. Spiro's food was delicious too.

The view from the villa is breathtaking. The hosts are really friendly, welcoming and always ready to help! The villa is really clean, the furniture is brand new. It has everything you need for a great stay. There are ACs in every room, plenty of parking space and the pool is cleaned daily. I would recommend it to everyone who wish a nice, quiet holiday on the beautiful island of Lefkada!
Very good location, very close to Nidri, a lot of mini markets around, places to eat, beautiful landscape, quiet and relaxing. Parking available and the host was very hospitable, kind and attentive, a pleasure to talk to them and they help you with anything you need. The room was big, very comfortable beds, clean. I highly recommend!
