Our 2nd visit.Extremely welcoming. Owner was at the door with seconds of arriving. Explained everything we needed to know about breakfast and parking. £5 for 2 days parking outside the property. Our bag was carried to our room for us which was a nice touch. Our room had a lovely sea view. Breakfast was of very high standard as on our previous visit. Cannot fault this place and we will definitely be going back for another visit. Thankyou again

Lovely, clean rooms, great hosts in Simon and Siobhan, very welcoming and available to help at any point. Breakfast was lovely. We booked an extra night, great location also.
Beautifully clean, tidy and well kept. Mikael and Julie were great hosts and made us feel very welcome. The bed was very comfortable with the added bonus of some very useful ear plugs. Great location with parking included. We would definitely book again, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A well presented, guest house, very clean and tidy. The host Suzanne, is helpful and professional. On my stay, I enjoyed a quiet night and slept really well. My room with a sea view was excellent. I enjoyed a fresh and tasty English breakfast. I can highly recommend the Leeway if you want comfort and affordability.
Great location near to town but not right in the centre, car parking convenient on the quiet street or on the drive. Tina the host very welcoming & helpful.
