The rooms were spacious and well lighted. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was small. The breakfast was wonderful! The location was ideal in the cute town on Enkirch (near Traben-Trarbach). We were on a cycle tour and there was a garage to store our bicycles safely. Nice hike from town up the hill for wonderful views of the Mosel valley.

We arrive to the hotel in the evening after the kitchen was closed. We were a big team, they waited us with an excellent dinner! Food is good, various and tasty. Location is also excellent!

Very nice weekend there. I think they improved all the points mentioned in other reviews below: I had good WiFi, there is AC in the room and the breakfast is amazing! The view from the room and restaurant is amazing. Good huge breakfast. A lot of parking spots available. Restaurant is good but you better book a table before you go.

Barbara is an excellent host. She welcomed us very well. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view. We arrived late and tired and asked about a restaurant and she recommended a very good one nearby. The breakfast was good. I highly recommend her place and would definitely come back.

The attention to detail, everything was well taken care of, the balcony is quite nice to hang out, right below the apartment is the hiking path of Moselsteig. Most of all the hosts are lovely people.
The location is great, easy to move around if you want to even visit other villages, and the river Mosel is a 5 minute walk down the street!
The quiet location in the not so touristed part of Enkirch was just perfect. We loved all about it. And it is so close to one of Mosels best upcoming younger winemakers. Daniel at Immich Anker When we needed a sun parasol the hoste delivered one within minuts. Just perfect! And the modern nordic interior suited us fine.
The location was excellent, looking out over a wooded valley and so quiet. The apartment was unbelievably clean with plenty of equipment. There was a friendly welcome and lots of leaflets about things to do in the area.
The hosts were fantastic! They were very friendly and give us great advise for where to park and eat. They were genuinely concerned about our comfort and made sure we had a wonderful stay.
We liked the appartment, because it was wide, comfortable and made in style specific to the region. Ikea kitchen, antique furniture, tv, wifi, mountain view etc. It was like time machine back then with nowadays comfort. Childrens playground 5 min. away and parkig near by. Everythig was clean and tidy. We could feel the wine and the Mosel in the air around us.
