The staff are amazing and truly care about making your stay amazing. The beds are very comfortable with high quality linens and various pillows to choose from. The bathrooms have towel warmers and the best high pressure rain showers. There is a little kitchenette nook in the hall with a microwave, fridge and sink for the guests to use. I can’t say enough about the breakfast — fresh scrambled eggs made to order and and assortment of local and homemade pastries, cakes and jams. Yummy fruits such raspberries, quince and ripe fresh pineapple. My kids enjoyed the refreshing pool. You do hear the church bells clearly though out the day but they stop at 10pm.

Unhais Valley - Country House ligger i Unhais da Serra, blot 39 km fra kapellet Belmonte Calvário. Der er gratis cykler, have og døgnåben reception. Perfect surroundings. Magnificent view from the apartment. Continental breakfast is perfect and very fresh. The Serra da Estrella natural park provides lots of trekking paths. In the Vila apartment you can enjoy a beautiful view while drinking wine in a jacuzzi :D The trekking during July might be hard due to high temperatures and due to high grass bushes on the path.

Denne ejendom tilbyder adgang til pool ved billardbordet, dart og gratis privat parkering. authentic place, originally a winery and olive farm. looking out over valley of river Alva and small typical village Avo. The house was full of antique furniture as well as the room with nice balcony. In the old whine making facility there is a relaxing area with tv sit, pool biljart and table football. Of course a fridge with nice local beers. Plenty of walking tracks in the area as well as interesting city’s and waterfalls nearby. The owner Manuel and assistant (?) Antonio are very friendly and helpful. When we stayed there, there were no other guests, but felt like home so no problem. Another thing we loved was the breakfast in beautiful room with valley view . Plenty of delicious local cheeses, hams, jams, breads, fruits and coffee. Best start of the day!!! Will recommend this to our friends and family.

Quinta do Ragal ligger i Lavacolhos, blot 46 km fra kapellet Belmonte Calvário, og tilbyder indkvartering med bjergudsigt, gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. Quinta do Ragal was a wonderful surprise. We stayed at one of the yurts and it was lovely. The hosts Paulo and Joana were the nicest, most welcoming people and the breakfast they prepared was great. The animals in the farm are the best addition and the Jacinto, the donkey, the friendliest of all!

Monte do Pego ligger i Arneiro, 37 km fra Cargaleiro Museum og St. Michaels Kirke. Der tilbydes værelser med aircondition og eget badeværelse. Denne feriebolig har søudsigt og terrasse. Exceeded my expectations. It was super peaceful and isolated but at the same time we had lots of activities to do nearby (thanks also to the summer festivities). The pool was amazing and the hosts super nice and charismatic, always available to help us!

Pera da Serra - Turismo no Espaço Rural ligger ca. 34 km fra Portugal dos Pequenitos og har pooludsigt, have og grillfaciliteter. Comfortable accommodation. Kitchen is well equipped. Lovely balcony with an amazing view!! Outdoor swimming pool was plus. Breakfast was very good and everyday with an effort to bring something new. Big star is Marisa, that throughout our stay was very attentive. A place to return for sure!

Apartamentos Ruraais ligger i Rosmaninhal, 2 km fra Mação og 22 km fra Abrantes. Der tilbydes udendørs pool og udsigt over poolen. Der er gratis privat parkering på stedet. Great stay at Casas do lagar. Comfortable, beautiful and with lovely hosts! Highly recommended!

Casa de Baixo - Nature Hotel tilbyder indkvartering i Alvoco das Várzeas. Der er spillelokale og bar på stedet. Samtlige værelser har fladskærms-tv. Nogle af værelserne har balkon eller terrasse. This spot was just awesome, it was paradise. Everything was clean, comfort was great, very quiet. I really liked the decor. I had a lovely balcony over looking the property and I enjoyed watching the farm animals come to the tree near the gate for a scratch. Maragite was lovely hostess and her worker Ashef was very attentive. Breakfast was really good too!

Quinta da Aldeia Nova ligger i Arganil og har pool med udsigt og bjergudsigt. Ejendommen har udsigt til poolen og haven og ligger 34 km fra Bussaco-paladset. Everything was perfect. The hotell is up on the hills with a stuning view. Everything is new and fresh. The hosts are wonderful and they are set out to make your stay as enjoyable as possibly. The breakfast is very nice and you feel like you are in a 5 star hotell. There are plenty of activities around, try the Praia Fluvial Coja. I Will come back here again.
