The hotel is super nice. Great location. The room we were assigned was very comfortable and very well decorated. The staff was very welcoming and specially Alejandra at the front desk who was also very professional.

The room was cozy and the right size, and the bathroom was nice and modern. I also loved that they had light fleece blankies on the bed. As for the location, I love that there are great restaurants, 24-hour convenience stores, a grocery store, pharmacy, etc. within 50 to 200 meters. This is also very very close to the massive El Ateneo bookstore. I prefer the Recoleta area to Palermo, to be honest. I'm staying there again. I've already booked my next stay.

Relaxing, modern, spacious, bath was bright with sufficient toiletries counter, comfy bed/pillows, bright tho not city view, all professional staffers, fixed the issue I had on the first stay appreciate it, breakfast was plentiful good bread, prime location walked to city attractions, groceries, eateries around. These people know hospitality business and made my stay stressless in a beautiful city! Thank you all.
