With an outdoor fireplace and a picnic area, this chalet offers ample opportunities to chill out. Loved the location, and the proximity to the Grand Canyon. Jet black night for stargazing with next to no light pollution. Ate out, but would have been very comfortable there if we needed to cook. AC a little loud, but fine if set and left. Only note, no blinds upstairs so if using the mezzanine as an actual bedroom be aware you’ll be awake at sunrise.

Was used as a base for visiting The Grand Canynon which ws about an hour's drive away, The house was well appointed and had everything we needed for a party of four. Ryan was a great host who contacted us a couple of times to ensure all was well and responed quickly to the one question we had. I highly recvommend a stay at this proprty.
