They found us a tour, they escorted us to the restaurant in the evening, they made us a packed breakfast because we had to check out very early. Absolutely going far beyond what we expected. The villa and the hotel were beautiful. It just felt we were on our little oasis in the middle of Lombok. Thank you very much, am looking forward to come back.

La dedicación y amabilidad del personal que trabaja aquí es extraordinaria. Made siempre tiene una sonrisa preparada para ti y cualquier cosa que necesites hará por cumplirla. El sitio está decorado con mucho amor en cada mínimo detalle que mires, lo cual hace que no te quieras ir de allí, te sientes a gusto, como en casa. Nosotros terminamos ampliando la reserva para más días y el lugar superó mis expectativas con respecto a las fotos que había visto en booking. Que incluya el desayuno es un punto extra para mi y más aún sabiendo que el pan, la mermelada y todo lo que preparan es 100% homemade Sin duda es una de las mejores estancias en las que me he alojado en Indonesia

Todo, pero sobretodo la predisposición de los trabajadores para ayudarte siempre. La piscina es maravillosa, una dicha con presión y agua caliente, cuentan con todos los servicios que puedas necesitar de alquiler de moto, laundry…

Where do I begin… from the entrance view, to the welcome service and drink while taking in the wonderful mountain ocean view, to the room itself… the villas are not huge when you compare to other standalone villas you may find in Lombok or Bali, but it is designed to feel spacious - you do not need more space! The bathroom and shower is beautiful. Everything was crisp and clean. It felt like we were alone on the side of the mountain - so quiet, no noise except nature. Breakfast was the best we have had among many four and five star resorts… the choice and fresh ingredients was amazing. Pool was large with an incredible view. But above all - the service is unmatched. From Zaen at the front desk who even drove us when there were no taxis available, to all the ladies and gents in the kitchen, restaurant, bar - all so friendly and accommodating. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Lombok and neither should you!

All 6 bamboo villas are amazing beautiful and clean and having crazy gorgeous design... Staff very friendly, breakfast very good. We will be back one day...

Our stay was fantastic, it is perfect for your ultimate relaxation. Andreas and the team were extremely friendly and made our stay phenomenal!

Literally everything , it was stunning , the cleanliness, the perfect design , even the clever use of ornaments that complimented the place , it’s the best place we have ever stayed , great location too and the staff were the best (thanks again Harry )
