It was a morning without everything we had imagined, had to sit on the phone queue without getting to SAS. Got another email saying there was no new flight. So we booked with another company. Contacted Jorge and explained the situation and he helped us with a ride to the airport and offered us lunch as all the money was used for new tickets.
