Amazing welcome by our host Armanda in her beautifully renovated family home. The surroundings are peaceful, and the house is just a few minutes drive to the center of Praia da Vitoria. We were extremely well received by Armanda, who also prepared delicious and abundant breakfast for us every morning. A very nice detail : we forgot a necklace in one of the bedroom and Armanda shipped it back to us! Thank you so much!

My family, friends, and I had an unforgettable vacation at Claudia's house on Terceira Island. The house is incredibly spacious and was built with a lot of heart and attention to detail by Claudia for her family and children. Everything is well-thought-out and of the highest quality.
Our children were thrilled with the pool and spent all their time there. Their happiness knew no bounds!
However, the most memorable part is the view of the ocean from the house's terrace. There is nothing better than watching the endless expanse of the ocean, the forest, and the sky without any signs of civilization or neighbors. Complete seclusion and harmony with nature!

The house is quite old but has everything you need. The location is perfect. Close to a supermarket, the Voctoria' beach is just a few minutes driving by car.

Super nice place, very well done. Amazing architecture, cosy beds and a nice bathroom. There is a common area with a small pond where you can relax or eat. Pond is full of small fishes and a turtle. Very cool. We did not use a common area but a few guest were chilling there. Kitchen is well equipped however the coffee machine wasn't working. There is a big parking just around the corner where you can leave a car as there is no parking spot at the place.
A wonderful experience! The place is located right on a stunning seaside. There is plenty of free parking available.
Everything is very modern and clean, including the small spa (pool with and two little saunas).
Breakfast was superb, with plenty of options available.
The staff we've met across the facility were all the kindest and most helpful. Overally, I'll be very glad to return one day.
Beautiful and very calm hostel very close to the beach, a terrasse to enjoy the sun next to the full equiped kitchen, and our lovely and charming hostess made my stay very pleasant 🤩
The room was big, clean, it feels really new and the style is really cosy. It really felt like home! Staff was really nice and welcoming. Location is great, barely 5 min walking to the beach, restaurants and city center close by. If you’re looking for a nice town to stay in Terceira, Praia da Vitoria is great and so is the Royal Beach Hostel!
