Apartment is on a quiet street at the very end of the old neighborhood of Colico, with traditional homes in various states of renovation-dilapidation. This one has been well-maintained, and has all necessities - including insect screens (important in the evenings). The morning views and birdsong are lovely, and I enjoyed a stroll through the neigborhood.

Very nice apartment. It is obvious that it is new. Good kitchen, great bathroom.
There are all the amenities: cutlery, dishes, salt, pepper, olive oil, capsules for the coffee machine (for an extra fee).
Perhaps for someone it may be too loud, as you can hear your neighbors very well, but it did not bother us.
Also, there is a supermarket 2 minutes walk away.
Several tourist towns are 20 minutes away by car, which was very convenient for us.
I think it is worth noting that the apartment is on the first floor, and the door there is transparent (but there are curtains).
Agriturismo Treterre is a historic manor house in Pianello del Lario on Lake Como. It offers a heated swimming pool, open during summer, and produces its own marmalade that is served at breakfast.

Absolutely superb. The setting is just stunning and the view is breathtaking one of the best I have ever seen.The staff are so attentive and cannot do enough for you. The food was amazing both breakfast and dinner were top notch ( we ate at the restaurant 3 times in a week it was so good).

For us it was an unforgettable stay in a charming place with a wonderful view of the lake. Friendly and very helpful hosts. Beautifully furnished apartment with attention to detail and comfort of residents.

Small cozy location, well-equipped accommodation, clean, excellent bed linen. Excellent bathroom, shower, washing machine, special thanks for the laundry detergent! The kitchen is also well equipped with appliances and utensils. There is a private lawn and excellent garden furniture.
The outside space and facilities are excellent, pool, eating spaces, multiple balconies, BBQ, hot tub, plenty of wood for BBQ/hot tub. Every direction the views are amazing. All facilities indoors had everything that is needed but the outdoor space is the real winner. Also, Colico turned out to be a great location for visiting Lake Como because it is not as busy as the main centres, yet has probably the best views.
I don't even know where to start - the stay at Francesca's excellent Foresteria Villa Margherita was amazing from start to end! She is a very welcoming person and cares about every guest. It's a familiy environment which we absolutely adored. The pool and the view is stunning, so are the rooms. Very cosy, easy but with style, clean and large. I hope we can return this year again! Thank you :)

Kitchen is fully equipped, bed was really comfortable. Host was really helpful, if we needed an information about services in Colico.
As we didn’t have car, we needed to walk up to the hill - about 45-50 minutes from the center of Colico. But this way through living village with domestic animals and friendly people was really something. Wonderful tavern was just 5 minutes to walk from the cottage.
Very nice house for 10 people with everything you need for a perfect stay: quiet, hot tub, countryside. Plus, we requested several times the host before coming, always available and willing to help. Grazie mille !
