The whole accommodation was very beautifully cleaned, the air conditioning worked very well and the accommodation had everything that was promised on booking.com. The shops were close to the accommodation. The nights were quiet and no one disturbed us, and you can park the cars right on the property which was nice. Communication with the owners was great and easy, we even checked in earlier than we were supposed to which was awesome. The upper suite has a huge terrace which had a relatively nice view, you can even see a bit of the sea. The barbecue on the property could also be used which was great. Overall, we really enjoyed living in Medulin and I would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic location, great facilities within the marina, restaurant and swimming pool. A little walk to 2 different beaches (Valsaline and Pješčana uvala) but well worth the visits. Alen was fantastic with communication and recommendations for us. House was really clean and served us well.

The apartment is run by a very friendly and lovely host couple who are the ideal hosts for every guest. This was a good basis to explore the surrounding.
It was super clean and comfortable, the lovely terasse with cosy sitting facilities was ideal for long outside breakfasts.

Sunset view from the terrace and the terrace overall was magical. Very cozy new appartment. I liked the parking at the territory of complex. Also it was very convivient to have electronic key for all doors. Also stuff was very helpful and pleasant.
The apartments was clean and spacious. It is well furnished with high quality equipment. Before check in we had some doubts about only 1 conditioner for all 4 rooms, but it is powerful enough to keep a comfortable temperature in all the rooms, don't worry about this. The terrace is cozy and comfortable for a big company to spend evenings altogether.
Mr. Vladimir is a very nice host who will provide you with all the information. We had a spacious, clear and cozy apartment with an extra large terrace and a view of the city. It's about 20 - 30 minutes from the beach and the promenade, so it's a relatively quiet place during the week. Great place for family with kids.
Very nice and cosy appartment, close to Medulin center and grocery stores. Very clean pool with all equipment (soft sun loungers, pool towels, eccessories for kids to swim and play). All rooms equiped with window blinds, so you can even miss the morning :) Kitchen could be bigger, but there is gas grill with all accessories in the yard and big table as well! Free parking with charging station for EV. Perfect place to stay, we would like to come back when visit Medulin again!
Location of the hotel is just perfect- by the beach, the center is close, surrounded by a lot of beautiful restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful, always smiling, very kind and professional. The room was clean and cozy, garden view - amazing. Gym very nicely equipped, the breakfast was just awesome! Everyone would choose something there since it was really varied. The pool area had o a lot of sun beds so there was no fighting for it 😄 everything was just exceptional! Would definitely come back!

Only 150 m from the waterfront promenade, very clean and really comfortable for families. Nicely renovated house with a large garden and parking in the yard. You have a charcoal grill, a terrace and a place to rest and sunbathe. The host Igor is pleasant and simple. We will be back.
