Luxurious, modern apartment. Free parking along the road and even a secured underground garage. Clear view at the sea from the balcony and even from the living room. Really well equipped kitchen. Every room has a separate air conditioner. It is just like as in the pictures. The apartment is on the top, 4th floor. Really helpful and good owner. Worth every penny.

We had a superb stay at this beautiful property. The villa is new and well decorated, and also equipped with everything necessary for a remarkable vacation.
The outside area offers a large salt water pool, which is very clean and looks beautiful with the hacienda style villa.
Nevertheless, You can also enjoy an outside grill/kitchen area, a playground for children, and some activities such as table tennis, table football, and darts.

Appart is very cozy and modern. It’s equipped with all needed facilities needed for the long stay of the family - washing machine, dish washer, air conditioning in each room. The appart has an amazing terrace with stunning view to the sea😻we spent there ideal breakfasts and romantic evenings. The host is nice and helpful. The apartment is close to the sea( 10 min walk) and to the market and restaurants.
I really liked the apartments, everything is as in the photo. Clean, cozy, has everything you need. The air conditioner was a great help. There is a parking lot for cars, which is very important. Quiet, peaceful area with sea view. Nina, the hostess, is friendly, always ready to help with any questions. I definitely recommend it.

The room is comfy and it has a cozy porch where you can have breakfast/lunch/dinner with a kitchenette. There's parking too.
We stayed just for a night but we really liked stopping here and the town is beautiful and charming. Don't miss out the walking path that takes you from the town beach to Nugal beach - it has wonderful views all the way and the beach itself once you arrive is delightful.
The villa is in 3 sections. As our party had ages from 4 to 68 it meant all had a bit of peace when needed. Pool area is great with views to harbour. All was clean and tidy when arrived. Gym and hot tub were fun to use. Didnt use sauna but looked new

The location was great, 10 minutes walk to the city center where the boats are docking, 5 minutes walk to Lidl and 10 to Kaufland. The apartment was clean and cozy (had all the utilities needed for self catering and self administration; from dishwasher to laundry machine and everything you need in a kitchen); Laura, the host was very pleasent and had great English, she even let us stay one more night in the same price, which was very useful. As well having an underground garrage spot helped a lot with the heat from Makarska.
Very nice and cozy apartment❤️it’s equipped with all needed for family stay and rest - dish washer, wash machine, coffe machine. Rhw beds were cosy. The balcony has an amazing view to the sea!

We had a great experience: The hosts are particularly friendly and helpful. The apartment was cozy and charming. It has its own private bathroom and kitchen and a beautiful communal courtyard. Everything was tidy and clean. The apartment is located right in the city center, but it is quiet and we slept great. We look forward to coming here again!
