The location was fantastic. Located around the corner from the Byron Bay General Store and walking distance to the main area - Light Years, Woolworths, and all the shops and cafes. The house was very clean with beautiful furniture and finishes. The linen on the beds was gorgeous. The towels were beautiful. Environmentally friendly products were offered (body wash, hand wash, clothes wash etc). Coffee machine, toaster and kettle were great.

Great kitchen, comfortable furniture, plenty of space.
The little cottage (beach shack) was very modern, full of light and comfortable. Loved the chill SBS music channel being on when we arrived. This gave us even more of a romantic feeling. Wall mounted TV was very handy (we were watching Olympics) sitting on the sofa in the lounge room. Tea, coffee (capsuled and instant), milk, cookies, sugar, salt, pepper - all you need for a lunch of breakfast.
What a beautiful location for a restful couple of days. The Vue 1 cabin has one of the best views of the site. It is cosy without feeling cramped, perfect for a rainy couple of days in Byron for rest and relaxation.
We did have one issue where the gas supply had tripped (not the fault of the site) but we called the owner and she was so lovely, answered the phone at 10pm, put us up in another available cabin for the night and was at site early the next morning to fix the issue. Such great service.
Elements at Byron exceeded all expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms and facilities were outstanding, featuring a heated pool, a bathtub in the room, and a cozy Friday night fireplace and live music. The food, both at the restaurant and around the pool, was delicious. I highly recommend staying here to enjoy the exceptional comforts of this beautiful hotel.
I really liked how secure it was . The cabin was cosy, the view was nice and the strict no smoking policy really made a great change towards the atmosphere. Very family friendly, couldn't say it better myself! Also it was near all the lovely places, staff were very nice.

The resort is away from the hustle and bustle of town and really is quiet. I stayed in a self catering spa cabin. It was a really reasonable price for all the ammenities that were available. The bed was actually super cosy and the softest bed linen! I saw online before visiting that guests were complaining about enforcement of quiet down policies after 10pm, etc. But that didnt bother me and it made me feel safe that there was someone to keep an eye on things.

Great location and walking acces to Byron bay shops and beach. Very clean and well maintained cabin with good facilities, eg. smart TV, aircon, fans. Felt very cozy!!

We stayed 1 full week in this boutique guesthouse with a strong human touch and it was a real bliss. Very nice and confortable room around the swimming pool, cosy and relaxing atmosphere, access to steam room and sauna.
